This Privacy Policy applies to personal information submitted through coachsarah.co.za and to limited technical information generated when the website is used. Coach Sarah is the public-facing wellness coaching service responsible for the information collected through this website.

The general enquiry form may collect your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, enquiry type and message. The 8-Week Wellness Programme application may also collect your preferred contact method, main goal, current activity level, acknowledgements and any notes you choose to provide. Please do not include unnecessary medical or highly sensitive information in free-text fields.

3. Website forms and email-only handling

Form submissions are not saved in the website database, JSON files, CMS or other website content storage. They are sent by email to info@coachsarah.co.za so Sarah can respond to your enquiry or application. A copy may then remain in the relevant email mailbox and its normal email backups for as long as reasonably necessary to manage the enquiry, coaching relationship, administration or applicable legal requirements.

4. How information is used

Personal information is used to respond to enquiries, assess and respond to programme applications, provide requested coaching information, arrange coaching services, communicate about an existing client relationship and protect or troubleshoot the website. Information is not sold to advertisers.

5. Service providers and sharing

Information may be processed by service providers that are necessary to operate the website, email and hosting. FundiLogix Solutions provides website support and may receive limited, sanitised technical error alerts when a serious website error occurs. Those alerts are designed not to include form contents, passwords, session values or mailbox credentials. Social-media links on this website take you to external platforms that operate under their own privacy policies.

6. Security

Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used to protect the website and its administration area. The live website uses HTTPS/SSL encryption, restricted administration access, protected credentials outside the public website folder and private technical logging. No internet or email system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You may ask what personal information is held about you and may request correction or deletion where applicable, subject to lawful retention requirements and other legal exceptions. Requests can be sent to the public contact email shown on the website.
